Aligned for Life Pilates is also home to National Pilates Training, providing comprehensive pilates instructor training in the Melbourne CBD. National Pilates Training offers the government accredited pilates instructor training courses, Certificate IV in Pilates Instruction (91121NSW) and Matwork Accreditation.
